swimming

W.A.L.T practise our swimming style and perfect our strokes.

4 days a week tui whanau goes for a swim. Here is some styles that tui did.

1. free style stroke
2. back stroke
3.breast stroke
4.dive
5. dolphin dive


some things that i want to improve on.
1. holding my breath for a longer time.
2. get better at back stroke.
3. get a faster speed at swimming.
4. get higher with dolphin diving.
